We offer a 15 day refund policy. If you would like to return a product that was purchased from our store, please contact us no later than 15 days from the date of purchase by sending an email to [email protected] and quoting your order number. In you email please describe to us the reason why you wish to return the item. Please note that if the product has had to be shipped from overseas, we cannot offer a refund on import duties. If you are returning a product please understand that it must be in its original packaging and unopened in order to be eligible for a refund.
If you have notified us that you wish to have a refund and are intending to return the goods, you must make sure that the goods reach us within 15 days of that notification to be eligible for a refund.
If a product is covered by the manufacturers warranty, we will support our customers to ensure the relevant support group can solve any customer questions.
